Chas has over 13 years’ experience in Office Leasing both on the western and Eastern seaboard of Australia and New Zealand. Chas’ has been responsible for major leasing transactions in Perth, Sydney, Melbourne and New Zealand as well as being involved in new developments and major refurbishments for both private and institutional clients.
In 2011, following a three year period running one of the largest commercial Office Leasing teams in New Zealand (CBRE). Chas returned to Australia to run Office Leasing for CBRE in Victoria.
For the period between 2014 and mid 2015, Chas ran the Leasing portfolio for one of the largest Owner and occupiers in the Melbourne CBD. Following this Chas returned to agency to run the Office Leasing team for newly merged Cushman & Wakefield business.
Chas’ experience provides him with a unique understanding of both the Landlord and Tenant sides of the office leasing transaction while also providing him with a strong understanding of the slight idiosyncrasies of each of the markets he has operated in.
