Toby joined Cushman & Wakefield in October 2022 as a Director in the QLD Industrial team after 15 years of experience in roles nationally and in Asia Pacific.

Toby has over 15 years of experience in commercial property spanning across Australia and Asia Pacific. As a Director in the Cushman & Wakefield Logistics and Industrial team, Toby lends his extensive experience to a team covering the entire SEQ market, with a particular focus on the Trade Coast and inner North. Toby has transacted some of the largest individual asset sales in the precinct over the last three years, as well as record breaking sales in the western Brisbane market. 

Having built a reputation as a results driven, relationship focused operator, Toby continues to provide his clients with pragmatic advice across a range of property matters.
