Professional Expertise
Dominic has been involved in demographic and urban analysis for over 15 years and over the course of his career he has undertaken a diverse arrange of property studies including: market research and insight, thought leadership, residential need assessments, centre network strategies, industrial land demand studies and strategic economic development opportunity studies. He has also given evidence before the Planning and Environment Court of Queensland as an independent expert witness.
Dominic has an extensive academic background with an Honours degree and a PhD in Geography. He has a number of peer reviewed publications to his name and is a frequent speaker at professional conferences. He is also an Adjunct Associate Professor to the School of Geography, Planning and Environmental Management at the University of Queensland where he regularly appears as a guest lecturer and provides input into a range of on-going research projects.
