  • Pitcher Partners occupying a total of 9,057 sqm;
  • Esso Australia a total of 7,150 sqm;
  • Fujistu Australia occupying a total of 3,164 sqm.

On behalf of the owners, Mirvac, Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced retailer to operate the lobby café at 664 Collins Street. To ensure the retail fitout is in keeping with the corporate lobby, the building and the calibre of office tenants, the fitout is to be generally in accordance with the design concept as prepared by Hot Black.

The Retail Tenant must:

  • Have the ability and resources to access the Premises on or around the 1st March 2018 to commence fitout;
  • Have the capability to complete the fitout in a 2-month period;
  • Have the ability and resources for a soft opening 1 May 2018 to coincide with the first of the tenant’s move in;
  • Proven catering capabilities;
  • Ability to provide fresh food and beverage offerings, a la carte and ‘grab n go’. No bain-marie will be allowed.
