Professional Expertise

Tim joined Cushman & Wakefield in March 2016 as NSW Head of Office Leasing. Tim will be responsible for leading the team, providing a platform for the operators to form strategic and successful partnerships with institutional and private clients.

 

He initially joined CBRE as a member of the Portfolio and Transaction Management Team with Global Corporate Services (GCS) which has given him a great understanding of the tenant’s perspective and how Corporates deal with their real estate requirements. Since 2013, Tim was a Director of Office Services where he focused on the Premium and A Grade market. Tim was a strong performer for CBRE during his tenure being the 2nd highest revenue generator in Office Leasing in Australia in 2015.

 

Tim’s thrives on forming partnerships with his clients, taking the time to create and implementing the best marketing strategy for the project. Tim has a strong track record in project leasing having worked recently on Quay Quarter Tower for AMP and 20 Martin Place for Pembroke Real Estate where we achieved 74% occupancy within 4 weeks of completion. Tim’s analytical acumen, tenant knowledge and communication skills provide his clients with the confidence the best results are achieved.
