Head of Office Leasing - NSW
Tim joined Cushman & Wakefield in April 2016 as Head of Office Leasing – New South Wales, having previously been with CBRE for more than 10 years, latterly as Director – Office Services.
Tim commenced his career as a Tenant Representative where he worked within the Transaction Management team acting for many of Australia’s Top ASX 100 companies. After 6 years in Tenant Representation, Tim transferred his knowledge and skill set to Office Leasing where he consistently brokered some of the largest brokerage deals in the marketplace.
With his Tenant Representative background, analytical focus and strategic approach, Tim has had great success working on some of Sydney’s best projects and leasing campaigns.
Tim thoroughly enjoys working in close partnership with his clients, understanding their drivers, the asset plan and the desired outcome. Tim provides his clients with a commitment and strategic thinking that provides a competitive advantage to ensure the best outcomes are achieved. Tim thrives on taking the time to create the best marketing strategy for each appointment.
Tim enjoys leading a strong NSW team of 15 operators and seeing the team achieve the best outcomes for their clients.
