Paul has over 26 years’ experience in the property industry across multiple sectors, including project and facilities management, corporate real estate services, process improvement & strategic property portfolio management within the property and finance sectors for both corporate and government clients.
Paul graduated from South Bank University, London, with a BSc (Hons) Degree in Building Surveying in 1997 and is a qualified Chartered Building Surveyor and Project Manager
Paul joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2012 as the General Manager for Business Development where he was responsible for leading business development and sales strategy initiatives as well as driving new product service development and innovation for the Australian and New Zealand regions. During this time the business grew by over a third and EBIT by 50%. In 2014 Paul began his position as the Managing Director Integrated Facilities Management New Zealand where he is responsible for the business and all operations across the country with over 220 employees across 4 offices, delivering property services to over 80 clients nationally.
