Ben joined Cushman & Wakefield in January 2017 as Joint Head of Department Office Leasing – Victoria, having previously been with Knight Frank for 17 years, latterly as Senior Director – Office Leasing Victoria.

Ben will be responsible for managing the office leasing assignments for Cushman & Wakefield’s key institutional and private clients in Melbourne, and will leverage his experience working with clients including: The GPT Group, Mirvac, Charter Hall, Lasalle Investment Management, Dexus, AMP, and CBUS Property.

Previously, Ben has advised blue chip clients on leasing requirements for new developments and around major refurbishment programs in key CBD locations. This includes recent major transactions such as 570 Bourke Street, 90 Collins Street, 360 Elizabeth Street, 222 Exhibition Street and 555 Lonsdale Street.

Ben’s enthusiasm, passion for his work, communication skills and knowledge of the CBD market has given him a vital edge in leasing office accommodation. His hands on approach has formed solid relationships with many clients and major tenants.
