Director, Client Solutions
Ben leads Cushman & Wakefield’s national Client Solutions team, working with our Global Occupier Services (GOS) business in developing outsourcing solutions that improve the operational performance, efficiency and productivity of our clients’ real estate portfolios. The team offers expert advice in helping to identify key areas where operational and cost improvements can be made, then provides dedicated end-to-end support from solution design to delivery and administration of the identified solution.
The Client Solutions team works with occupiers with complex portfolios, major single sites, geographically dispersed portfolios and various asset classes. Cushman & Wakefield offers clients access to a fully integrated service, or any number of individual components, including integrated facilities management, workplace services, transaction management, portfolio administration, property management, project management and sustainability services.
Ben is experienced in developing commercial structures, SLAs and KPI regimes in conjunction with our clients, in order to ensure that the contract is configured to and aligned with our clients’ specific needs. In responding to tenders and briefs, the Client Solutions team aims to assist our clients to extract maximum value from property operating expenditure.
